Still have a dependency on Python2, but that's too big to add, and
many might already have it installed. For those, at least we can have
the convenience of providing bison, flex and gperf, which are the only
other missing dependencies. (Perl is already a dependency for Qt)

qtwebkit.pri has using some GNUMake specific constructs and bash
quoting. Make gnumake check for shadow builds dependent on platform,
and use quoting supported by all platforms.
